Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, in all the above cases, the product to be replaced or returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. All products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, complete and without damage. The packaging must be the original packaging that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, along with all documents included with the product (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Before any return, it is recommended to contact our Online Store. In any case, returns and replacements are possible provided that they take place within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251\/1994, the product has not been used, and it is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not comply with the general return policy and to refuse to refund the originally paid purchase amount as compensation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please return the items enclosing the retail receipt (if you are an individual) or the relevant delivery note (if you are a company) within 14 days from the date of receipt. Make sure you have included and completed the Return Form and that the package is properly packed.<\/p>\n<p>We bear no responsibility for parcels that may be lost during return before they reach us. For this reason, we recommend using courier companies for returning parcels.<\/p>\n<p>The value of the returned items will be offset against the value of the replacement items.
